We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team for international wind turbine foundation projects. If you have a strong background in concrete works, especially in foundation construction, and are ready to take on a leadership role abroad, we would like to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise construction works on assigned sites, ensuring timely execution;
  • Organize and control construction tasks performed by on-site workers;
  • Ensure high-quality construction work in compliance with technical standards and processes;
  • Manage and maintain construction-related documentation and reporting;
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and fire protection regulations at the construction site;
  • Monitor quantities of materials and completed works, prepare work completion reports;
  • Take over and hand over work areas, completed works, and construction documentation according to company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in concrete works, specifically in wind turbine foundation construction or similar heavy foundation projects;
  • Basic English skills (ability to communicate);
  • Solid understanding of construction processes and standards;
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans;
  • Strong organizational skills, responsibility and initiative;
  • Ability to work independently and lead work crews effectively.

Job description
We are looking for a telehandler (MERLO) operator to work on a wind turbine foundation construction project in Germany. The work is carried out on a secondment basis. Main tasks: transporting materials and equipment on site between different work areas using a telehandler. You will also be an active part of the team, going beyond operating machinery to assisting colleagues in the preparation of foundations, and working with reinforcement binders, concreters and other specialists.


Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience with a telehandler (Merlo).
  • Valid forklift driver's qualification.
  • Understanding of material storage, transportation, safe loading and unloading.
  • Responsible attitude to work, punctuality, ability to work in a team.
  • Basic English.
